Cancellation Policy – Terms and Conditions We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored: 24-hour advance notice is required when canceling your appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give us a 24-hour advance notice you will be charged the full amount of your appointment. All prepaid appointment monies will be forfeited. A non-prepaid appointment must be paid for prior to scheduling a new appointment. ​No-shows: If you either forget or consciously choose to forgo your appointment without 24-hour notification for any reason, this will be considered a “no-show.” All prepaid appointment monies will be forfeited.
